Internal Healthcare Group is a healthcare software and referral platform that connects families, patients, healthcare organizations, and healthcare professionals. The Platform helps users locate healthcare providers, staffing opportunities, and healthcare-related services.
Internal Healthcare Group is not a home health agency, medical provider, insurance company, or healthcare facility. We do not provide direct medical care, caregiving services, or clinical services.
All services are provided by independent healthcare organizations or professionals.
2. Provider Responsibility
Healthcare organizations and professionals using the Platform are responsible for:
- Maintaining active licenses and certifications
- Providing accurate organization and professional information
- Complying with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Delivering services safely and professionally
Internal Healthcare Group verifies documentation submitted during onboarding but does not guarantee the quality, safety, or outcome of services provided by third parties.
3. Referrals
Internal Healthcare Group facilitates referrals between clients and providers. A referral does not guarantee placement, service delivery, or employment.
Providers are responsible for:
- Responding to referrals
- Determining client eligibility
- Establishing service agreements directly with clients
Internal Healthcare Group is not a party to service agreements between clients and providers.
4. Subscriptions and Billing (Providers)
Healthcare organizations may subscribe to paid plans to access platform features such as referrals, workforce tools, and job postings.
By subscribing, providers agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees
- Maintain valid payment information
- Authorize recurring billing when applicable
Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Internal Healthcare Group reserves the right to modify pricing with notice.
5. Workforce Database
Healthcare professionals who create profiles on the Platform are responsible for ensuring their information is accurate and current.
Internal Healthcare Group does not guarantee employment, job placement, or hiring outcomes.
Healthcare organizations are responsible for their own hiring decisions.
6. Platform Use
Users agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Upload fraudulent licenses or documents
- Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the Platform
- Interfere with Platform functionality
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations.
7. Account Approval and Verification
Internal Healthcare Group reserves the right to:
- Approve or deny provider accounts
- Request additional documentation
- Suspend accounts for compliance concerns
- Remove inaccurate or incomplete profiles
License verification may take up to 24–48 hours or longer if additional review is required.
8. Limitation of Liability
Internal Healthcare Group is not responsible for:
- Provider performance
- Care outcomes
- Employment decisions
- Service disputes
- Damages arising from provider-client relationships
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Internal Healthcare Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Privacy
User information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Users agree to provide accurate information when using the Platform.
10. Modifications
Internal Healthcare Group may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
